The current condition of the Cross Roads Market and other markets in Kingston and St. Andrew, is one of the key areas that the new KSAMC administration will be paying attention to as our markets are central to the functioning of the City and its economy. The undesirable conditions may have repercussions for the health and safety of vendors and shoppers alike.

These establishments are critical to the city. Hence,  resources will be requested and consultations held with all stakeholders to address same.

The KSAMC will also undertake a review of all markets across Kingston  and St. Andrew, to determine shortfalls and request resources where required to improve management efficiencies. Together, we will improve the services to our people.
