The Kingston & St. Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) hereby advises all contractors, developers, property owners, and other stakeholders in the Building and Town Planning Industry that fees will now be applied to all applications and services related to the modification of restrictive covenants. This measure is being implemented to ensure greater efficiency in the processing and management of these requests in keeping with the Corporation's commitment to providing timely and effective communication as we continue to enhance the service experience for all stakeholders.

1. Modification of Restrictive Covenant Application - JMD $25,000Applicants are required to submit the following documents:• Certified Copy of Registered Title• Up-to-date Surveyor's Identification Report• Fixed Date Claim Form/ Affidavit• Proof of Building/Planning Approval (KSAMC Approval Letters)

2. No Objection in Principle Letter - JMD $5,000Requests must be accompanied by the following:• Certified Copy of Registered Title• Up-to-date Surveyor's Identification Report• No Objection in Principle Request Letter, including the proposed rewording of the covenant

3. Copy of Document Issued - JMD $5,000Stakeholders are encouraged to ensure that all applications are submitted with the required documentation to facilitate timely processing.
