I am proud to announce the re-opening of what was formerly known as Jubilee Market, now renamed the Jubilee Commercial Centre.

This project has been years in the making. It began under former Mayor Dr. Angela Brown Burke, continued under former Mayor Delroy Williams, and I am honoured to have seen it through to completion.

This redevelopment means that the streets of Downtown Kingston will now be easier to traverse, as 40 vendors have been relocated into the newly opened facility. This is more than just a market—it is a place of commerce, where our vendors can operate with dignity, stability, and security.
